The Role: We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Gas Scheduler to support the delivery of responsive gas repairs and maintenance services. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, handling incoming calls, logging repair requests, resolving queries efficiently, and coordinating appointments with operatives. This role requires excellent communication, strong administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced social housing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Using company systems to process orders adequately in order to invoice clients.
- Updating the system with all interactions with residents.
- Processing supervisory or trade reports.
