  • Issue enquiries, analyse returns, benchmark rates and build competitive/realistic pricing models.
  • Work with specialist retrofit and decarb subcontractors and manufacturers.
  • Price against NHF and retrofit-specific frameworks; maintain rate libraries.
  • Identify cost-effective, compliant retrofit solutions that improve performance outcomes.
  • Lead structured pre-start handovers to operations/QS teams covering scope, risks, assumptions and measurement.
  • Work closely with Operations, QS, Retrofit Coordinators/Assessors, Design, SHEQ and Compliance teams.
  • Work closely with the Group Head of Decarbonisation, to undertake knowledge transfer across group wide divisions.

About you:

  • Strong numeracy and commercial skills; proficient in Excel and estimating tools (Causeway/Conquest/EValuate/Candy).
  • Working knowledge of SoR/NHF, NRM2/SMM7 and prelims/indirects modelling.
  • Clear written communication for tender responses and assumptions.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple bids to deadlines.
  • Exposure to retrofit / PAS 2035/MCS, energy-efficiency works, decarbonisation schemes, FRA or compliance-led programmes - Desirable.

What We Offer:

  • £55,000 - £60,000, with a performance-related bonus.
  • Pension, medical scheme options and life assurance.
  • 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays.
  • Perkbox (discounts, perks & wellbeing offers).
