Axis, part of Axis CLC, is seeking an experienced Site Manager for social housing refurbishment works across Essex and Suffolk. You will lead day-to-day management of subcontractor delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
You will coordinate site activity, liaise with Resident Liaison Officers, clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth resident experience, while overseeing multiple plots and maintaining accurate site records.
