You will lead commercial activities, manage valuations and price variations, and work closely with clients, delivery teams and subcontractors to maximise project profit.
You will review Applications for Payment, cleanse SOR data, monitor cashflow, review subcontractor variations, and produce cost-to-complete forecasts while ensuring adherence to NHF, JCT/NEC
