Axis CLC Group is seeking a proactive Voids Supervisor to cover the Thamesmead area. You will oversee day-to-day voids works, manage subcontractors on site and ensure repairs and improvements meet high quality, safety and client KPI standards.
You will liaise with operatives, admin teams, housing officers and residents to coordinate works, carry out inspections and resolve issues quickly while promoting a positive, compliant and improvement-focused site culture.
