Axis CLC Group is seeking a compassionate Resident Liaison Officer based from our Leeds office with travel to sites across the region. You will act as the primary contact for residents, coordinate consultations, and ensure clear, empathetic updates throughout planned maintenance and refurbishment works.
You will support vulnerable residents, including those with dementia, and work closely with site teams to deliver safe, smooth projects while maintaining records and upholding health and safety.
