The Role

We’re looking for Site Supervisors to join our team delivering works across the Southampton area, supporting programmes including void properties, kitchen and bathroom (K&B) installations and major repairs. This is a key supervisory role where you will manage site operations, coordinate teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality. Working as part of a wider delivery team, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day site activities while maintaining strong relationships with clients, residents, operatives and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and supervise site operations across multiple projects
  • Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery of works
  • Oversee works within void properties, K&B programmes and major repairs
  • Ensure all works are completed to required quality standards and specifications
  • Carry out site inspections, quality checks and snagging
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, including CDM
  • Complete risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
  • Monitor progress against programme and report on performance
  • Manage site resources, materials and budgets effectively
  • Maintain clear communication with residents, operatives and clients
  • Use PDA systems or similar for reporting, documentation and information capture
  • Support and guide teams on installation works including kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms

About You

You’re an experienced Site Supervisor with a proven track record of managing site operations and leading teams within construction or refurbishment environments. You’re confident coordinating multiple trades, maintaining high standards, and building strong working relationships on site.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in site supervision within construction, maintenance or refurbishment
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Experience in voids, K&B programmes or major repairs
  • Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and CDM regulations
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources and project timelines
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Experience using PDA systems or similar technology
