Axis, part of Axis CLC, is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer for the Planned Maintenance Division to support the Westminster contract.

Based from the NW6 site office, travel across London is required to assist planned maintenance in occupied homes.

You will drive clear communication, positive experiences and effective resolution of resident queries, working with site teams, clients and residents to ensure smooth delivery and KPI achievement.
