Axis CLC Group is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our Major Works team on a site in W10.
You will act as the primary contact for residents, ensuring clear and courteous communication before, during and after works in occupied homes.
You will coordinate resident profiling, distribute programme updates, handle queries and feedback, and work closely with Project Managers and Site Managers to support timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
