Axis CLC Group is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead the pre-construction phase of planned refurbishment and capital works in Stratford, East London. You will drive schemes from enquiry through mobilisation, coordinating surveys, specs and tender documentation with cross-functional teams to deliver robust submissions.
You will manage risk, support value engineering and work closely with clients and supply chain partners to ensure clear programmes and successful handover.
