Reporting to the Head of IT Services, you'll work closely with Service Delivery, Change & Delivery and wider Group IT teams to build trusted relationships across the business. Acting as the voice of the business within IT, you'll help shape priorities, translate operational needs into technology solutions and ensure IT services and change initiatives deliver real business value. - Develop a strong understanding of operational priorities, challenges and objectives, translating these into clear technology requirements.
- Represent business needs within IT change planning, prioritisation and governance forums.
- Communicate IT service performance, project progress and delivery plans to business stakeholders in a clear and accessible way.
- Support demand management by helping stakeholders understand delivery capacity, priorities and timescales.
- Identify opportunities where technology can improve operational performance, efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Support the delivery of the Group's systems consolidation and wider IT transformation programme.
- Act as the first point of contact for business escalations, ensuring issues are effectively triaged and resolved through the appropriate IT teams.
- Contribute to service reviews, governance meetings and performance reporting, ensuring services continue to meet business needs.
- Support user engagement, communication and adoption activities for new systems, services and technology initiatives.
- Build confidence in Group IT through proactive engagement, effective communication and a collaborative approach.
About You

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer‑focused and commercially aware approach.
- Experience working across multiple sites or within a geographically dispersed organisation.

✨Brush Up on Your Technical Skills
For an IT consulting role, be ready to demonstrate your technical prowess. You might face questions on systems integration, cloud technologies, or even troubleshooting specific software. If you have experience with tools like AWS, Azure, or even specific programming languages, make sure you can talk about them fluently.
✨Showcase Your Problem-Solving Approach
