Axis CLC Group is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead a mobile team delivering damp and mould repairs across our housing portfolio. You will oversee day‑to‑day supervision, performance management and service quality, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to Axis’s high standards.
This hands‑on leadership role requires:
- Strong trade knowledge
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- CSCS and supervisory safety training (SSSTS/SMSTS or IOSH preferred)
