Axis CLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a mobile team delivering responsive repairs and maintenance across sectors.

You will ensure works are safe, efficient and aligned with Axis standards, while mentoring apprentices and guiding sub‑contractors.

The role requires strong trade knowledge, excellent organisation and the ability to motivate a mobile workforce to deliver first‑time fixes and high resident satisfaction.

UK driving licence and CSCS/SSSTS training are preferred.
