The HR Advisor provides professional, pragmatic, and customer-focused HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organisation. The role is responsible for delivering operational HR services, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies, and supporting people initiatives that contribute to organisational performance and employee engagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from managers and employees.
- Provide consistent, accurate, and timely HR advice in line with organisational policies and procedures.
- Support managers in managing employee lifecycle activities including probation reviews, promotions, organisational change, and employee exits.
- Ensure effective onboarding and induction of new employees to ensure new starters have a positive experience of joining Axis CLC.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems data.
- Produce and analyse HR reports and management information.
- Support HR audits and compliance reviews.
- Monitor employee absence levels and identify trends.
- Advise managers on attendance management procedures.
- Support wellbeing initiatives and promote a positive employee experience.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are applied consistently across the organisation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Support policy reviews and implementation of new HR initiatives.
