We are looking for an experienced Joiner to join our team delivering planned and reactive maintenance works across MOD sites throughout the Colchester region.
Working within secure defence environments, you will carry out a range of first and second fix joinery tasks, ensuring military accommodation and operational buildings are maintained to the highest standards while meeting quality, safety and compliance requirements.
What You'll Deliver Carry out first and second fix joinery on refurbishment, maintenance and fit-out projects.
Install and fit kitchens, doors, door frames, skirting boards, architraves, window boards and flooring.
Undertake partitioning, boxing-in and general carpentry repairs.
Fit ironmongery and carry out any required adjustments.
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, on time and in line with health and safety requirements.
Work independently or as part of a team while maintaining effective communication with supervisors, clients and other trades.
Maintain tools, equipment and a clean, safe working environment.
Deliver excellent customer service while working within occupied and secure MOD properties.
