Axis CLC Group is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support residents and site teams on a long-term refurbishment programme covering Brampton and surrounding areas. You will act as the primary contact for residents, attend consultations, provide clear updates, and coordinate with managers to minimise disruption.
This role requires empathy for residents, including those who may be vulnerable, strong communication and organisational abilities, and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
