This role supports our long-term partnerships delivering responsive and planned maintenance works across a wide range of residential properties within Oldbury and surrounding areas. We work to ensure homes are safe, functional and maintained to a high standard, using modern systems to support efficient service delivery.

The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join our team covering Warwick and surrounding areas. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality plastering repairs and finishes across occupied and void properties.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent results for residents and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out all aspects of plastering works including skimming, patch repairs, bonding and rendering

  • Prepare surfaces for plastering, ensuring a smooth and durable finish

  • Repair damaged walls and ceilings in occupied and void properties

  • Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with a clean and professional finish

  • Use mobile technology to record job progress, materials used and completed works

  • Work closely with supervisors, planners and support teams to ensure efficient delivery

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, ensuring minimal disruption

  • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures

  • Ensure company vehicles, tools and equipment are maintained and used safely

  • Work across occupied homes and void properties, with flexibility to support business needs

About You
You’re a time-served, experienced Plasterer who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. You’re reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working in residents’ homes, always maintaining a professional and respectful approach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in plastering within social housing or domestic maintenance

  • Strong skills in skimming, patching, bonding and rendering

  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality finishes

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Own tools relevant to the trade

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Understanding of Health & Safety practices and PPE requirements

  • Willingness to cover Oldbury and surrounding contract areas as required
