Aids premium collection, enhances cash flow and minimizes debt
- Monitor and manage outstanding premium balances across binder business
- Liaise with brokers, DUA team and underwriting staff, on at least a monthly basis, to resolve premium discrepancies and ensure prompt payment
- Chase overdue balances via phone, email and face to face meetings, maintaining a professional and diplomatic approach
- Maintain records of all communications and ensure insurance accounting system notes are up-to-date and accurate
- Escalate problematic accounts to Underwriting teams and Premium Accounting management and recommend appropriate action
- Reconciliation of premium and risk bordereaux
- Assist with binder related projects
- Liaise with Offshore teams where required
- Always ensure compliance with Axis policies
You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.

Role Factors:
