Job Description: Delegated Claims Assistant
How does this role contribute to our collective success?
AXIS has a regulatory obligation to ensure that third party companies comply with minimum standards for the handling of claims where there is a Delegated Claims Authority (DCA). The role is to assist the Claims team to fulfil this obligation.
What will you do in this role?
- Assisting colleagues with the completion of third-party due diligence
- Review, analysis and reporting of third-party performance
- Co-ordination of third-party audit scheduling
- Issuance and tracking to closure of audit recommendations
- Production and analysis of information required for internal governance meetings
- Input, maintain and monitor the DCA Register and records in other IT platforms
- Prepare and update third party contracts and schedules for Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and Cover holders
- Assist colleagues in their third-party performance oversight duties
You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.

- Progress towards CII qualifications an advantage but not essential
