Accommodation is available upon request for candidates taking part in the selection process.# **Credit Controller – Binders**## ## Aids premium collection, enhances cash flow and minimizes debt## * Monitor and manage outstanding premium balances across binder business* Liaise with brokers, DUA team and underwriting staff, on at least a monthly basis, to resolve premium discrepancies and ensure prompt payment* Chase overdue balances via phone, email and face to face meetings, maintaining a professional and diplomatic approach* Maintain records of all communications and ensure insurance accounting system notes are up-to-date and accurate* Escalate problematic accounts to Underwriting teams and Premium Accounting management and recommend appropriate action* Reconciliation of premium and risk bordereaux* Assist with binder related projects* Liaise with Offshore teams where required* Always ensure compliance with Axis policiesYou may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.## **About You:**We encourage you to bring your own experience and expertise to the table, so while there are some qualifications and experience we need you to have, we are open to discussing how your individual knowledge might lend itself to fulfilling this role and help us achieve our goals.### **What you need to have:*** Knowledge and experience of Company and Lloyd’s Market binder business* Good analytical skills* Good organization and time management capabilities* Good communications skills## **IT Skills (ideal but not essential)*** Excel & Word* Outlook* Access* IRIS (good but not essential)* Lloyd’s/Company bureau systems## **Role Factors:**In this role, you will typically be required to be in the office 3 days per week and additionally if requested## **What we offer:**You will be eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package which includes medical plans for you and your family (spouse, dependents), health and wellness programs, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, paid annual leave, and much more.Rewarding.
