Axira Partners is partnering a leading healthcare technology services organisation with the appointment of a UK Sites Manager to oversee Clinical Engineering operations across multiple healthcare sites in London & Birmingham. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Biomedical / Clinical Engineering professional with proven management experience within healthcare engineering environments.
The Role:
- Leading Service Managers, Engineers & onsite support teams
- Managing KPI & SLA delivery across multiple hospital sites
- Medical equipment lifecycle & asset management
- Driving governance, compliance & quality standards
- Managing customer relationships & escalations
- Supporting operational performance & continuous improvement
- Working closely with senior operational leadership teams
Candidate Profile:
- Proven management experience within Clinical Engineering / Biomedical Engineering
- Experience leading engineers and multi-site teams
- Strong medical device management knowledge
- NHS and/or private healthcare experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement & customer management skills
- Commercial awareness around contracts, KPIs & service delivery
- Confident managing performance, service standards & continuous improvement initiatives
