We are working with a high-growth, innovative MedTech organisation that is driving a real shift in how wound care, VTE prevention and lower limb conditions are managed across the UK healthcare system. This is a strategic, partnership-led commercial role, not a transactional sales position. The focus is on embedding solutions into clinical pathways, influencing decision-makers and building long-term NHS relationships across both acute and community settings.
You will be responsible for driving adoption of a clinically proven, evidence-led technology, working closely with stakeholders to support formulary inclusion, pathway development and sustainable service integration.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing strategic partnerships across NHS and community healthcare organisations
- Engaging senior stakeholders – Tissue Viability, Heads of Service, Procurement & Clinical Leads
- Driving clinical pathway inclusion and formulary adoption
- Delivering clinical and commercial presentations to multidisciplinary teams
- Identifying and progressing long-term growth opportunities across the territory
- Using data and insights to shape commercial strategy and decision-making
What we’re looking for:
- Strong strategic experience within UK healthcare / MedTech (essential)
- Ideally experience within wound care, tissue viability, vascular or lower limb markets
- Proven track record of working with NHS stakeholders and complex decision-making environments
- Ability to influence at clinical, commercial and system level
- Ideally a clinical background (nursing / podiatry), but not essential
This is an opportunity to step into a role where you are truly influencing pathways, not just selling products, working at the level where commercial strategy meets clinical impact.
