This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established territory with a strong existing customer base and significant growth potential. Reporting directly to the Regional Team Lead, you'll work closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Wheelchair Services and Community Paediatric Teams, supporting children and young people with specialist seating, postural management and mobility solutions.

Ideally, we are looking for candidates with a proven sales background within Seating, Mobility, Rehabilitation or Postural Management. However, we are also open to considering strong clinical professionals, particularly Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists with experience in specialist equipment assessments and prescription, who are looking to transition into a commercial role.

Relevant backgrounds include:

The Role: This is a highly consultative, field-based position combining clinical expertise, relationship management and territory development. You'll be responsible for demonstrating specialist paediatric equipment, supporting clinical assessments, delivering product training and education, and developing relationships with healthcare professionals across NHS and community settings. The position offers an excellent balance of managing established accounts, developing new business opportunities and making a genuine difference to children's lives.

The Package:

  • Basic Salary: Up to Β£42,000 (some flexibility to go higher)
  • Uncapped Commission: 1.5% commission once annual sales exceed Β£45,000
