Patient Temperature Management Sales Specialist - South UK (Predominantly London & South East)

The Opportunity

I'm currently supporting a leading MedTech company with the recruitment of a Patient Temperature Management Sales Specialist covering the South UK, predominantly London and the South East.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing commercial team, representing an innovative patient temperature management portfolio across both NHS and private healthcare customers.

This is a highly strategic territory where you'll be responsible for driving new business, developing existing accounts and building long-term relationships with key theatre stakeholders.

The Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving new business across NHS Trusts and Private Hospital Groups.
  • Growing existing accounts through strategic account development.
  • Promoting an innovative patient temperature management portfolio across perioperative care pathways.
  • Building relationships with Anaesthetists, Theatre Managers, ODPs, Theatre Practitioners, Recovery Teams, Procurement and Clinical Leads.
  • Identifying opportunities to convert competitor business.
  • Supporting product evaluations, demonstrations and clinical adoption.
  • Developing and executing strategic territory growth plans.
  • Working closely with internal clinical and commercial colleagues to maximise territory performance.

About You

Please note: We are specifically looking for candidates with either Critical Care or Surgical medical device sales experience.

To be considered, you will have:

  • Proven medical device sales experience within Critical Care, or the Surgical/Theatre market.
  • Experience selling capital equipment and/or high-value surgical medical devices would be highly advantageous.
  • A genuine hunter mentality, with a proven track record of winning new business and strategically developing territories.
  • Strong strategic account planning and territory management skills.
  • Experience engaging with Theatre Teams, Anaesthetists, ODPs, Critical Care clinicians, Procurement and other NHS stakeholders.
  • Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Candidates without Critical Care or Surgical medical device sales experience will unfortunately not be considered due to the specialist nature of the portfolio.

If you're an ambitious medical device sales professional with the right background and a passion for winning new business, I'd be delighted to have a confidential conversation.
