We are exclusively partnering with a leading medical device organisation within the Ophthalmology and Optometry space to appoint a Brand Manager, supporting the continued growth and development of their UK portfolio. This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role, ideal for someone looking to take full ownership of a product portfolio and play a key role in shaping brand direction, market positioning, and commercial success.
The Role As Brand Manager, you will take ownership of a defined portfolio of ophthalmic, diagnostic and surgical products, driving brand strategy and ensuring strong commercial performance across both NHS and private healthcare settings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic brand plans aligned to wider commercial objectives
- Owning the full product lifecycle, from launch through to growth and optimisation
- Supporting the sales team with compelling marketing tools, value messaging and campaigns
- Working closely with clinical stakeholders, KOLs and internal teams to shape product positioning
- Analysing market dynamics, competitor activity and customer insights to inform strategy
- Driving brand awareness, adoption and market penetration across key UK accounts
What We’re Looking For
- 4–5 years’ experience in Brand or Product Management within medical devices
- Strong understanding of UK healthcare markets (NHS and private)
- Ideally exposure to ophthalmology, optometry or vision care products
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting product launches and driving market adoption
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
