This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly innovative business focused on transforming surgical procedures through cutting-edge technology, working closely with surgeons and theatre teams to drive procedural adoption and long-term programme development.

The Opportunity

As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing a strategically important territory across London and the South West. This is a highly clinical commercial role, requiring an individual who enjoys spending time in theatre, supporting procedures, building strong consultant relationships and driving long-term adoption within complex healthcare environments. You will play a key role in developing clinical programmes, supporting evaluations and ensuring successful implementation across NHS and private healthcare accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive territory growth across NHS and private healthcare accounts
  • Build strong relationships with Consultant Surgeons, Clinical Directors and Theatre Teams
  • Support procedures and provide in-theatre clinical support where required
  • Develop and implement clinical adoption programmes across key accounts
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and target accounts
  • Deliver training and education to clinical stakeholders
  • Work closely with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to support procedural development
  • Lead product evaluations and account implementation plans
  • Develop KOL relationships and support local market development activities
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and territory planning
