We are specifically looking for senior leadership / director-level profiles who are comfortable operating at board and executive level within complex, service-led MedTech organisations. This is not a traditional project management role. It requires someone who can influence senior stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, and operate as a trusted partner to the executive leadership team. Candidates must be UK-based, but the role will work across multiple European markets, supporting leadership teams in the UK, Germany and Italy.
The Opportunity
A fast-growing private equity–backed MedTech services organisation is seeking a Head of Group Projects to work closely with the Group CEO, CFO and country CEOs. The role is responsible for driving execution of the company’s value creation strategy, ensuring key initiatives are delivered across functions and regions. This position sits at the centre of the organisation’s strategic delivery, combining strategy, transformation, programme leadership and commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of the organisation’s value creation plan
- Translate strategy into structured work streams and initiatives
- Lead cross-border programmes across UK and European markets
- Implement performance frameworks and reporting
- Prepare board-level materials and executive updates
- Coordinate leadership teams to ensure alignment and delivery
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will likely have:
- Senior leadership or director-level experience
- Ability to operate confidently at board and executive level
- Background in MedTech, healthcare services, or service-led organisations
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Exposure to multi-country European environments
- 8–15+ years’ experience across strategy, consulting, transformation or programme leadership
