- Confident influencing CEOs, CFOs and senior executives without direct line management authority.

This opportunity is designed for ambitious, high-potential professionals looking to accelerate towards senior executive leadership.
A rapidly growing, private equity-backed European MedTech organisation is looking to appoint a Group Transformation Manager to work directly alongside the Group CEO, CFO and Country CEOs. This is a unique opportunity to become one of the CEO's closest strategic partners, taking ownership of business-critical transformation initiatives that directly influence the future direction of the Group.
Rather than managing large teams or overseeing governance frameworks, you'll personally lead and deliver strategic projects, working across multiple functions and countries to accelerate operational performance, commercial growth and value creation. This role would particularly suit candidates from Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Private Equity portfolio companies, Business Transformation or Strategic Projects, who enjoy solving complex business challenges, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering meaningful change themselves.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact strategic transformation projects from concept through to delivery.
- Translate business strategy into practical, executable work streams.
- Partner with the Group CEO, CFO and Country CEOs to drive accountability and execution.
- Build business cases, executive presentations, financial analysis and Board-level reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across the UK, Germany and Italy.
- Challenge thinking, remove barriers and ensure strategic priorities are delivered.
- Support value creation initiatives across commercial, operational and financial programmes.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an ambitious, intellectually curious individual who wants exposure to Group leadership and sees this role as a platform for future executive leadership. Candidates from Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Private Equity portfolio companies, Business Transformation or Strategic Projects are all highly attractive backgrounds. Previous experience within MedTech or Healthcare Technology would be advantageous but is not essential.
You’ll also demonstrate:
- 8–15 years of progressive career growth with increasing responsibility.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering multiple complex transformation projects.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence CEOs, CFOs and senior executives.
- Strong commercial awareness, analytical capability and a genuine bias towards execution.
- A willingness to roll your sleeves up and personally produce presentations, business cases, financial analysis and Board-level materials.
- High levels of organisation, resilience and intellectual curiosity.
- A desire to use this role as a stepping stone towards becoming a Transformation Director, Operations Director or COO.
- European or multi-country experience would be advantageous.
Why Join?
This isn't a traditional Head of PMO or governance position. It's an opportunity to work directly alongside an experienced Group CEO and executive leadership team, taking ownership of strategic initiatives that will shape the future of a growing international healthcare business. You'll gain exposure to Board level decision making, commercial strategy, operational transformation and international leadership, with genuine long-term career progression into senior leadership.
If you're looking for a role where you can make a visible impact, accelerate your career and build a pathway towards becoming a future Transformation Director, Operations Director or COO, we'd love to hear from you.
