Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus + Company Car

We are currently working exclusively with a well-established medical device organisation within the surgical market, looking to appoint a Territory Manager to cover a defined North West territory. This is a high-performing, commercially focused role managing key hospital accounts and driving growth across a specialist surgical portfolio (Surgical and consumables).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a defined territory across the North West London & South East (Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Kent, Essex, Ipswich, Berkshire, Cambridge & Oxford)
  • Drive new business across NHS and private hospital environments
  • Maintain and expand existing key accounts
  • Sell a portfolio of surgical consumables and procedure-based products
  • Engage with clinical stakeholders, procurement and key decision-makers
  • Deliver product demonstrations and support clinical usage in theatre settings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years surgical medical device sales experience
  • Strong understanding of surgical environments and clinical pathways
  • Ideally a clinical/surgical background (e.g. theatre-based exposure)
  • Proven track record of delivering against sales targets within NHS settings
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across surgeons, clinicians and procurement
