Axira Partners are supporting a leading healthcare services organisation with the appointment of a Strategic Account Manager to manage and develop high level healthcare relationships across NHS and private healthcare environments. This is not a traditional “new business hunter” role. We’re specifically looking for someone operating within Strategic Accounts, Key Accounts or Market Access style positions, who is experienced in managing complex healthcare relationships and navigating senior stakeholder environments.
The role will focus heavily on:
- Strategic account growth & customer retention
- Managing relationships at ICB, Board & senior operational level
- Long-term partnership development
- Working across complex healthcare structures
- Supporting high-value healthcare service solutions
- Driving customer engagement, service performance & account development
We’re keen to speak with profiles who have:
- Strategic Account Management / Key Account / Market Access experience
- Strong NHS and/or private healthcare understanding
- Experience engaging at ICB, Board or senior stakeholder level
- Experience within healthcare services, Diagnostic Imaging, MES or similar healthcare environments advantageous
- Strong relationship-led and commercially strategic approach
