South UK (Predominantly London & South East)

Bonus: Β£23,000 OTE (Uncapped) - Huge earning potential

The Opportunity

I'm currently supporting a leading MedTech company with the recruitment of an EndoUrology Sales Specialist covering the South UK, predominantly London and the South East.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation with an expanding EndoUrology portfolio, working across both NHS and private healthcare customers.

This is a highly strategic territory where you'll be responsible for driving new business, developing existing accounts and building long-term relationships with Consultant Urologists, Endourologists and key theatre stakeholders.

The Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving new business across NHS Trusts and Private Hospital Groups.
  • Growing existing accounts through strategic account development.
  • Promoting an innovative EndoUrology portfolio across BPH, Stone Management, Ureteroscopy (URS) and Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL) procedures.
  • Building relationships with Consultant Urologists, Endourologists, Theatre Teams, Urology Specialist Nurses and Procurement.
  • Identifying opportunities to convert competitor business.
  • Supporting product evaluations, demonstrations and clinical adoption.
  • Developing and executing territory growth plans.
  • Working closely with internal clinical and commercial colleagues to maximise territory performance.

About You

Please note: Proven Urology sales experience is essential for this position.

To be considered, you will have:

  • Medical device sales experience within Urology.
  • EndoUrology experience is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record of delivering territory growth.
  • A genuine hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business.
  • Strong strategic account planning and territory management skills.
  • Experience engaging Consultant Urologists, Theatre Teams and NHS Procurement.
  • Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Candidates without Urology sales experience will unfortunately not be considered due to the specialist nature of the portfolio.
