We are recruiting for a leading provider of endoscopy reprocessing, decontamination, and infection prevention solutions used across NHS and private hospital environments. This is a field-based Account Manager role focused on managing existing business, developing new opportunities, and driving adoption of high-value capital equipment and service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts across NHS Trusts and private hospitals
- Drive new business opportunities within Endoscopy and Decontamination departments
- Sell capital equipment and associated service / maintenance contracts
- Engage with key stakeholders including Endoscopy Managers, Decontamination Leads, EBME, Procurement and Clinical teams
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder NHS sales processes
- Deliver solution-led, value-based proposals aligned to compliance and patient safety
Requirements:
- Proven experience in capital equipment sales (essential)
- Track record of selling into NHS / hospital environments
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles
- Endoscopy or decontamination experience (advantageous)
