Axira Partners are supporting a leading healthcare technology organisation in the search for a Head of Implementation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader within healthcare technology, clinical engineering, medical devices, capital equipment or project delivery to take ownership of a national implementation function.

The Role

You'll lead the planning, installation, commissioning and handover of major medical equipment projects across NHS and private healthcare environments, ensuring delivery against operational, financial and customer objectives. Managing a team of Project Managers and specialist contractors, you'll work closely with clinical, operational, IT and executive stakeholders to deliver complex healthcare projects safely, efficiently and on time.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading large-scale implementation, mobilisation or project delivery programmes
  • Strong healthcare technology, clinical engineering or medical device knowledge
  • Proven stakeholder management experience across NHS and healthcare environments
  • Strong commercial, operational and leadership capabilities
  • Experience managing teams, budgets, contractors and suppliers
