Axira Partners are supporting a leading medical device organisation with the appointment of a Territory Manager to support growth across laryngectomy and tracheostomy pathways within the NHS. This is a 12 month FTC position, so candidates must be comfortable with fixed-term contract opportunities.

The role will involve:

  • Managing and developing NHS hospital accounts
  • Working closely with SLTs, CNSs, Respiratory teams, Procurement & ENT departments
  • Driving product and service adoption across discharge pathways
  • Supporting growth of respiratory and airway management solutions
  • Building strong clinical and commercial stakeholder relationships
  • Working collaboratively alongside clinical educators, field nurses and wider commercial teams
  • Identifying opportunities to increase patient registrations and pathway usage
