We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Partnerships Manager to support the growth of our cybersecurity consulting and certification services business in the UK market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships across industries.

This role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and an understanding of cybersecurity compliance frameworks and certification services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, map, and engage potential channel partners, B2B service providers, consultancies, and strategic alliances across the UK and EMEA regions that align with the company's target market.
  • Develop and establish structured referral partnerships and strategic alliance agreements that encourage partners to actively introduce and recommend the company's cybersecurity consulting and certification services.
  • Design and execute mutually beneficial partnership models, including revenue-sharing initiatives, co-selling strategies, and collaborative go-to-market activities to generate a sustainable pipeline of inbound opportunities.
  • Lead highly targeted outbound business development campaigns to uncover new market opportunities and expand the company's regional presence.
  • Build strong visibility for the company within local business communities, executive networks, technology ecosystems, and industry associations to position the brand as a trusted cybersecurity partner.
  • Identify underserved organizations and capitalize on market gaps by presenting agile and client-focused cybersecurity and compliance solutions.
  • Own the initial consultative engagement process for both self-generated and partner-generated opportunities, including discovery discussions, requirement gathering, and service scoping.
  • Qualify leads efficiently, communicate the company's value proposition effectively, and manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations tailored to cybersecurity consulting and certification services.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, partnership agreements, and commercial documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with technical, compliance, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners to support customer retention, account growth, and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, sales forecasting, and reporting through CRM platforms and business development tools.

What We Are Looking For
  • The Background: 3 to 5+ years of B2B sales experience specifically within cybersecurity services, GRC software, managed IT, or professional advisory services in the UK market.
  • The Network: Existing, verifiable relationships within the cybersecurity ecosystem are highly advantageous.
  • GRC Literacy: A strong working understanding of framework compliance (SOC 2 Type I/II, ISO 27001) and emerging regulations (such as ISO 42001 or the EU AI Act).
  • Autonomy: As our primary commercial lead in London, you have a self-starter mindset and the drive to operate independently while collaborating seamlessly with global management.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
