About The Role

We’re hiring a Staff Software Engineer to help lead our growing full‑stack teams. In this role, you’ll build and maintain high‑quality web applications using React and TypeScript, ensuring seamless integration across the stack. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally, contribute to agile development processes, and play a key role in optimizing performance, scalability, and code quality. We’re looking for someone with 7+ years of experience, strong front‑end and API development skills, and a passion for clean, maintainable code. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front‑end and back‑end functionalities.
• Optimize website performance and ensure scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and testing.
• Continuously improve the quality of the codebase through code reviews and refactoring.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends and technologies in full‑stack development.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in software development with strong skills in React, TypeScript, and APIs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented and proud of writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
