- 12 weeks Temporary contract We are working with an established manufacturer of bespoke electronics solutions company based in Pershore, UK.
They are recruiting for a Special Projects Technician to join their team.
In return for a salary up to £35.000 along with excellent employment benefits.
Comprehensive understanding and ability to
- Manufacture various high-complexity electro/mechanical assemblies.
- Manufacture 1st off/Prototype assemblies including the provision of manufacturing information necessary for the completion of procedures, drawings and other documentation.
- Machine cabinets and enclosures.
- Manufacture various high-complexity wiring looms.
- Interpret electro/mechanical drawings, procedures and other documentation.
- Use appropriate electro/mechanical hand tools.
- Use appropriate electro/mechanical machine tools.
- Test electro/mechanical assemblies.
- Operate necessary jigs and fixtures and other associated equipment used in electro/mechanical manufacture.
- Carry out medium complexity soldering to a high standard.
- Use/apply necessary adhesives and coatings using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Fault-finding electro/mechanical assemblies.
- Assist in off-site installations, fault finding and repair work.
