Company Description: A globally recognised manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced Procurement Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities as Procurement Officer:

  • Source & select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
  • Manage supplier relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Create purchase orders.
  • Manage supplier performance in line with agreed SLA.
  • Market Research.
  • Inventory Management.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation & regulations.
  • Documentation & Reporting.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding their procurement needs.

Requirements as Procurement Officer:

  • 3 years’+ experience in Procurement / Purchasing.
  • Be able to analyse procurement data.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of procurement regulations and industry best practices.
  • Experience with INFOR M3 ERP system (Advantageous but not essential).
  • European language is advantageous.
