Company Description: A globally recognised manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced Procurement Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities as Procurement Officer:
- Source & select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
- Manage supplier relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Create purchase orders.
- Manage supplier performance in line with agreed SLA.
- Market Research.
- Inventory Management.
- Ensure compliance with legislation & regulations.
- Documentation & Reporting.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding their procurement needs.
Requirements as Procurement Officer:
- 3 years’+ experience in Procurement / Purchasing.
- Be able to analyse procurement data.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Demonstrable knowledge of procurement regulations and industry best practices.
- Experience with INFOR M3 ERP system (Advantageous but not essential).
- European language is advantageous.
