Company Description:

An industrial manufacturer is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing new and existing relationships to their maximum potential.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and maximize new client relationships
• Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize profitability
• Present proposals & quotations to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts with clients and manage existing relationships to maximize opportunities for long-term business potential

Skills / Experience required:

• You will have experience in a similar role within the Engineering / Manufacturing sector with a good understanding of electronic components.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
• Demonstrable success in achieving targets
• Happy to travel – this role will cover southern UK from Birmingham downwards
