We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant/Secretary to support our team in various administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Role Duties
- Assist company director in day to day tasks such as communications, data tracking and scheduling.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules and appointments.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organised filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Respond and write emails to clients, regulatory bodies and company service providers.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
