We are currently seeking an experienced Funds Lawyer to work with leading financial institutions.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Fund structuring, Fund formation, and Fund distribution of various types of investment funds.
- Provide strategic legal guidance on fund-related matters to optimize compliance and operational efficiency.
- Draft and negotiate various legal documents related to the fund, including those related to investment terms, investor agreements, management agreements, and other contractual arrangement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative legal solutions and support business objectives.
- Knowledge of international fund structures (such as US and Luxembourg) also a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 Years experience working as a Funds Lawyer
- UK qualified (or equivalent), working with US/ International law firms ranked by the legal 500.
- Proven experience in fund formation and distribution, with a strong legal background.
- Expertise or familiarity with UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide clear, concise legal advice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
