Responsibilities:
- Advising business units regarding treasury matters and debt capital market transactions for a wide range of domestic and international issuer types and debt and equity products.
- Amending and/or reviewing and advising on pre-transaction and transaction documents from initial pitch phase through closing.
- Working collaboratively with associates and partners to manage closings; performing due diligence reviews.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Debt Capital Markets Lawyer, preferably with a reputable law firm or financial institution.
- In-depth knowledge of debt capital markets, treasury, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
