We are currently seeking an Insurance Litigation Lawyer to join our bench.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review insurance-related legal documents, including contracts, policies, and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with client interests.
- Provide expert legal advice on insurance law matters, including professional indemnity coverage, intermediary relationships, and contentious claims.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including brokers, underwriters, and claims professionals, to deliver strategic legal support and foster a proactive, solution-oriented approach to insurance-related challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in insurance law, gained either within a law firm or an insurance intermediary.
- Demonstrated expertise in professional indemnity insurance, contentious professional negligence claims, and the broader insurance market.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and commercially-focused approach to resolving legal issues in the insurance sector.
