Responsibilities:
- Support in drafting/negotiating a wide range of agreements.
- Identify and flag regulatory issues.
- General experience in commercial contracts, i.e., partnership/supply agreements, referral/reseller agreement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good academic standards and 3 to 10 years post-qualification as a UK Solicitor or EU/Overseas with relevant UK experience.
- SaaS/Cloud/Tech and FS regulatory experience is required.
- In-house experience is strongly preferred; in-house secondments are taken into consideration.
