- NLP & Generative AI Expertise: 2+ years researching and developing Natural Language processing projects, including 1+ year incorporating Large Language Models and Agentic AI.
- End-to-End Project Ownership: 2+ years independently leading projects through the full lifecycle—from stakeholder requirement gathering and scoping through proof-of-concept to fully deployed solutions, reporting, and dashboarding.
- Stakeholder Management & Autonomy: Strong relationship-building skills with high technical acumen, capable of communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and working autonomously while balancing multiple cross-functional priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD in computer science, machine learning, mathematics, statistics, or another quantitative field.
- Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake or similar cloud platforms for end-to-end machine learning projects, including collaborative notebook development, experiment tracking with MLflow, feature engineering at scale, job orchestration and pipeline automation, dashboarding for stakeholder reporting, and production model deployment.
- Experience working with AWS big data processing technologies, including S3, EC2s, APIs and Spark.
