We are currently seeking Paralegals and Contract Managers to work with Axiom clients across a range of industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, negotiate and/or support the delivery of a broad range of commercial contracts.
  • Support matters involving services and consulting agreements, licensing and content agreements, software-development contracts, SaaS agreements, SLAs, e-commerce agreements and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
  • Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including contract tracking, administration, document management, stakeholder coordination, execution and post-signature support.
  • Partner with legal, sales, procurement and business teams while managing multiple time-sensitive priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable commercial-contracts experience gained as a paralegal, contract manager or similar legal or commercial-support professional, either in-house or in private practice.
  • Experience supporting the drafting, review, negotiation and/or management of commercial agreements, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong commercial awareness, organisational ability and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.
