Fintech Payments Lawyer in City of London

We are currently seeking a Fintech / Payments Lawyer to work with various Axiom clients across all industries.

Responsibilities :

• Support in drafting / negotiating a wide range of agreements.
• Identify and flag regulatory issues.
• General experience in commercial contracts, i.e., partnership / supply agreements, referral / reseller agreement.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Good academic standards and 3 to 10 years post-qualification as a UK Solicitor or EU / Overseas with relevant UK experience.
• SaaS / Cloud / Tech and FS regulatory experience is required.
• In-house experience is strongly preferred; in-house secondments are taken into consideration.
