We are currently seeking Product Counsel Lawyers in the UK to support Axiom’s clients across a diverse selection of industries on product, commercial, platform, and technology matters, with a focus on fast-paced digital, consumer-facing, and technology-led businesses.
Responsibilities
- Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice on product development, product launches, user journeys, customer experience, platform features, consumer-facing services, and operational risk.
- Partner with product, legal, commercial, marketing, customer support, policy, trust and safety, and engineering teams to support digital initiatives, go-to-market strategies, complaints, escalations, and business-critical projects.
- Draft, review, and advise on product and platform-related documentation, including user terms, supplier terms, SaaS agreements, MSAs, distribution agreements, NDAs, DPAs, policies, and customer-facing materials.
- Advise on legal and regulatory considerations affecting digital products and online platforms, including consumer protection, advertising compliance, data privacy, intellectual property, online safety, platform governance, and emerging technology regulation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience advising on product counselling, commercial technology, consumer-facing products, digital platforms, SaaS, marketplaces, apps, travel tech, fintech, or other technology-led business models.
- Experience supporting product, commercial, marketing, customer support, legal, compliance, policy, or engineering teams on product launches, user journeys, commercial contracts, complaints, escalations, and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory issues affecting digital products and online services, including consumer protection, advertising standards, data privacy, intellectual property, platform governance, online safety, or related frameworks.
- Excellent legal and commercial judgment, strong drafting, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, and the ability to deliver pragmatic advice in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
