Axiom is seeking Banking & Finance Lawyers to support a broad client base across financial services, real estate, infrastructure, and other sectors, handling lending, real estate finance, asset finance, secured lending, and cross-border financing matters.
You will provide practical, commercial legal advice, draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, guarantees, and related contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to manage risk on fast-paced projects.
