This role plays a vital part in our end-to-end IT asset lifecycle—from procurement through secure disposal.You\’ll work closely with our logistics partners and internal teams to ensure secure, compliant, and trackable movement of IT assets. If you\’re passionate about asset management, operational excellence, and have experience in tech support and logistics, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage secure IT asset shipping using Firm-approved logistics vendorsVerify serial numbers and packaging compliance (security tape, seals, GPS monitoring, etc.)Liaise with site contacts, ensure accurate ticket updates (ServiceNow), and monitor GPS trackingMaintain and improve shipping procedures and documentation for internal and external useDrive process efficiencies through reporting, dashboards, and auditingSupport asset tracking, data entry, and other related tasks during downtimeRequirements Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience3–5 years in IT support, shipping / logistics, or asset managementExperience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systemsStrong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office / SharePointExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsITIL certification is a plusPrior experience in financial services is a bonusWhy Join Us?
